What is one thing about diet cavemen did better than we do now? They knew intuitively
how to survive and stay well and healthy without the need to dieting. As there were no diet programs in those times
besides of the natural regulation by Mother Nature, our ancestors did not have much weight issues.
Let’s lose unwanted body fat and improve our health by virtually going back to ancient
times and stop dieting.
There are many diet programs these days that ask you not to eat anything that your fellow caveman friend
could not have hunted, gathered and found himself.
- Cavemen only drank what they could find: good water. Unfortunately a great majority
of people are walking around severely dehydrated and suffering from many negative side effects which could all
be easily resolved by drinking more water.
Having plenty of water every day will help you overcome
- hunger,
- headaches,
- constipation, and
- digestive discomfort.
The recommended water intake is half of your bodyweight in ounces of water each day (i.e. 200 lbs should
drink 100 ounces).
- Move, move, move!
Movement doesn’t always mean exercise.Take the stairs, walk the parking lot a few extra times, get up
and walk around the house, use anything to prevent you from sitting all day
long.
